This cuvée, that is only crafted in great years, is named for Géron Dadine, a Cahors canon who bought the estate from the Church in the 16th century. Cuvée Géron Dadine has a deep robe that is as black as ebony. The cooked fruit, black fruit and spice nose is an invitation to taste that it’s very difficult to refuse. On the palate, everything is powerful and harmonious. The balance is subtle and stable over time making this cuvée the quintessence of what can come out of our vinegrowing area. Fruit, spice and fat come together in remarkable complexity and length. A thoroughbred wine for the very best of tables.
